Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows:

In the case where you receive a product and it does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. Unless otherwise stated by HEBHomeCare.com, any item not returned within 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. There is a 25% re-stocking fee on all items regardless of size and HEBHomeCare.com reserves the right to reject any returned product for health safety reasons. We will contact you in such an event, and will return the product to you if you choose.

Due to health guidelines, the following items are not returnable:

1. Consumable items, such as wound care, incontinence, urological, or ostomy products.
2. Bathroom products such as commode/shower chairs, shower wheelchairs, benches, etc.
3. Custom fitted items including some wheelchairs, customized walkers, etc.
4. Special order lift chairs.
5. Support Wear and other compression garments.
6. Respiratory items including CPAP and BiPAP units, humidifiers, masks, filters, and headgear.

We will not accept any returns without an authorization number.

To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number email manager@hebhomecare.com and we will instruct you on how to return the product. If you paid by credit card we will credit your card upon receipt and inspection of the item. If you paid by check or money order we will forward you a check within 14 days of receiving the product. If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, there is a 25% re-stocking fee. Large items such as lift chairs, power wheelchairs, power scooters, and other products require the 25% re-stocking fees and in some cases cannot be returned. You are responsible for shipping charges and confirmation of delivery. Pediatric and adult wheelchairs require the re-stocking fee and in some cases may not be eligible for return. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped or refuse delivery of a product without prior authorization you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees.
